From the middle of 2021, there will be no need for a registration inspection when the vehicle is transferred to another owner - the registration inspection period will be postponed to 2 years - a regular MOT will therefore suffice.

Furthermore, it will be possible to submit an application electronically for the transcription of the vehicle to a new owner.
